Silent Auction Terms and Conditions

Silent Auction 

 

Start date: 12:00 pm , May 27, 2024

End date:  12:00 pm, July 3, 2024 (Isla's birthday)

 

Registration: All bidders must register with a cell number and name thru the website or the QR code 

 

Auction items: Each item is either an opportunity to play as a foursome or as a threesome accompanied by a donating club member. Each course lists restrictions regarding days available to play and the use of carts or caddies.  Please be aware that most clubs have rules regarding dress code and member behavior that any guest will have to adhere to.

 

Bidding: Bids must start at or exceed the bid minimum. Each bid thereafter must be an increment of $25 or higher. Each person who places a bid will receive a text notification of a higher bid. Highest bid received by 12:00 pm July 3, 2024 wins.

 

Payment: Payment for the winning foursome/threesome may be made by cash/check/credit card/or charged to the Wanumetonomy member's account. Payment must be received / cleared within 7 days (July 10, 2024) otherwise the next highest bid will be awarded.

 

Fulfillment: Certificates for play will be sent to the winner with any necessary contact information for playing with a donating member.
